ReqR Systems Engineering and Development was founded in April 2011 by the German aerospace engineer Dipl. Ing. Björn Ott.

The essential part of my work as consulting engineer is the support of my clients in satellite navigation and other space projects, securing the successful completion of their research and development projects during all stages of the projects' life cycle.

Since 1996 Björn Ott has been successfully involved in satellite navigation projects and has gained in-depth experience in definition of GPS, EGNOS, and Galileo. Starting with 2012 the focus has shifted to quality assurance in space projects.
